Police Log: OUI, Rushing the Field, and More

November 28

8:07 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Green Street, Michael Marvitz, 30, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with an OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and passing within a no passing zone.

11:03 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on South Street, Traci Gavaza, 24, of Foxborough was arrested and charged with using a motor vehicle without authority.

11:29 p.m. - A 39-year-old male from Bridgewater at Splitsville Luxury Lanes was placed in protective custody.

The following is a summary of custodies at the New England Revolution match agianst the New York Red Bulls at Gillette Stadium. Three people were arrested and three more were taken into protective custody. Attendance was 25,000.

• A 25-year-old male from East Brunswick, NJ was placed in protective custody.
• Darwin Argueta-Diaz, 25, of East Boston was arrested and charged with trespasing.
• A 20-year-old male from Barnstable was placed in protective custody.
• A 19-year-old male from Westwood was placed in protective custody.
• Zachary Curley, 20, of Wilmington, was arrested for trespassing for allegedly invading the pitch at the end of the match.
• Thomas Curley, 50, of Wilmington, was arrested and charged with trespassing for allegedly invading the pitch at the end of the match.

4:52 p.m. - Responding to a 911 call from the Gaard Motel on Route 1, police arrested Angela Kairis, 39, of Roslindale with a default warrant.

11:42 p.m. - During a detail at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill, the following four people were taken into protective custody:

• A 19-year-old male from Marlborough
• A 25-year-old male from Northborough
• A 24-year-old male from Sutton
• A 24-year-old male from Jersey City, NJ

12:28 a.m. - A 29-year-old male from North Attleboro at Splitsville Luxury Lanes was taken into protective custody.
