Police Log: Possession of a Class E Drug, Man Caught Sleeping in Car, and More

The following were taken into custody during the UMass-Boston College football game at Gillette Stadium. Attendance was 30,479.

  • A 21-year-old male from Wellesley was placed in protective custody.
  • A 17-year-old juvenile from Vienna, VA was placed in protective custody.
  • A 32-year-old female from West Springfield was placed in protective custody.

September 1

4:41 p.m. - During traffic enforcement at the center of town, police arrrested and charged Michael Sands, 41, of Attleboro with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

8:01 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street, police arrested and charged Wayne Small, 31, of Framingham with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender.

September 2

During a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street near America’s Best Value Inn, police arrested and charged Mykel Reid, 48, of Franklin with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender and not having an inspection sticker.

September 3

11:06 a.m. - After a motor vehicle stop on Main Street by Dunkin’ Donuts, police arrested and charged Vivek Patel, 29, of Foxborough with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

September 4

1:45 a.m. - At Patriot Place, security requested that Foxborough Police check on a person sleeping in their car. When police arrived at the shopping center’s parking lot, a 49-year-old male from Berlin was taken into protective custody

7:22 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street, police arrested Robert Delaiarro, 53, of Plainville with a default warrant and charged him with obstruction of justice and possession of a Class E drug. After being arrested, he was searched and a crack pipe was found in his pants.
