Police Log: Warrant Arrests, Custodies from Patriots-Redskins, and More

The following is from the Foxborough Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

November 4

9:04 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Green Street, Christian Narvaez, 31, of Providence, R.I., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (subsequent offense), number plate violation to conceal identification, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and speeding.

2:12 p.m. - A 33-year-old male from Boston on Fisher Street was taken into protective custody.

November 5

8:59 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street, Michael Martin, 48, of Raynham, was arrested on a warrant and charged with operating with a suspended license

November 6

11:27 p.m. - A caller on Hallowell Road reported a black truck that was driving in her neighborhood and acting suspicious. After the vehicle fled with no lights on, police stopped the vehicle on North Street by Hallowell Road. The driver, a 17-year-old juvenile from Foxborough, was arrested and charged with failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and a motor vehicle lights violation.



November 8

12:30 a.m. - A 31-year-old male from Taunton at Patriot Place was placed in protective custody.

12:34 a.m. - A 24-year-old male from West Roxbury and a 23-year-old male from Dedham at Toby Keith’s I Love this Bar and Grill were taken into protective custody.

The following is a summary of custodies from the New England Patriots game against the Washington Redskins. Of the 66,000 in attendance, two were arrested and nine were taken into protective custody.

  • A 52-year-old male from Lunenburg was taken into protective custody.
  • A 39-year-old male from Bristol, N.H. was taken into protective custody.
  • A 25-year old from Lincoln, R.I. was arrested and charged with trespassing and domestic assault on a family or household member.
  • A 31-year-old male from Westwood was taken into protective custody.
  • A 42-year-old male from South Glastonbury, Conn. was taken into protective custody.
  • A 24-year-old female from Methuen was taken into protective custody.
  • A 24-year-old male from Norwood was taken into protective custody.
  • Mark Thibodeau, 40, of Johnston, R.I., was arrested and charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
  • A 23-year-old male from Providence, R.I. was taken into protective custody.
  • A 39-year-old male from Shrewsbury was taken into protective custody.
  • A 30-year-old male from West Roxbury was taken into protective custody.



November 9

2:50 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Commercial Street by Walnut Street, Jennifer Perito, 32, of Lincoln, R.I., was arrested on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

3:22 p.m. - A male party was seen on surveillance camera standing in the back cruiser lot at the Foxborough Police Department. The man, David O’Neill, 58, of Medway, told police that he would like to turn himself in on a warrant.
