State police have released the name of Providence man who was killed in a four-car accident on Route 95 in Foxborough early Monday morning.Fernalbiz Albizu, 33, died when his car went over the guardrail, <a href="http://wpri.com/2015/09/29/foxboro-fatal-crash-victim-identified/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to WPRI.</a>At around 3:30 a.m., state police responded to the accident north of exit 7. There were no other reported injuries. Traffic was delayed as police investigated the incident.
