Report: Tom Brady Will Challenge Suspension in Federal Court

The Patriots QB could take the NFL to court if he remains suspended after his appeal.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and the NFLPA could take the NFL to federal court if Brady remains suspended after the results of his appeal for his four-game ban are announced.

NFLPA sources told Ryan Smith of ABC News if Tom Brady’s appeal results in a loss of games for the quarterback, he will appeal the suspension again in federal court.

A decision from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is expected any day now, with former WEEI GM Jason Wolfe and Glen Ordway claiming that the ruling will be announced by Wednesday.
