Rhode Island Man Arrested for Trafficking in Heroin

State Police arrested a Rhode Island man for trafficking in heroin during a traffic stop on Tuesday night.

State Police Trooper Adrian Webb-Johnson pulled over a 2008 Dodge Caliber for a marked lanes violation on Route 95 South at Exit 8 in Sharon at about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday. Webb-Johnson found approximately four kilograms of a substance believed to be heroin in the car.

Police arrested the driver, Alex Cintron, 29, of Providence, RI, and charged him with trafficking in heroin and a marked lanes violation.
