Robert Kraft Pleads Not Guilty To Soliciting Prostitution Charges
Kraft's legal representation have requested a non-jury trial.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Robert Kraft pleaded not guilty to soliciting prostitution charges on Tuesday, according to court documents released on Thursday. According to court filings, Kraft's legal representation have requested a non-jury trial.
Kraft is among at least 25 people charged as a result of a a six-month investigation into an international sex trafficking operation out of Orchids of Asia Spa in Jupiter, Fla. According to court documents, Kraft is accused of visiting the spa twice while it was under video surveillance. One of those visits was the day of the AFC Championship game, prosecutors said.
“We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further,” a spokesperson for Kraft said after the charges were announced last Friday.

Kraft's court date is scheduled for March 27. It was originally scheduled for April 24. The new court date is the same day NFL owners meet in Phoenix for the Annual League Meeting. Owners typically discuss league matters during the meeting. However, Kraft is not required to show up for the initial court date. He can appoint an attorney to represent him.
Kraft is being represented by Florida defense attorney Jack Goldberger. Goldberger led the defense team for billionaire Jeffrey Epstein when he faced charges of trafficking underage girls for sex.
