UPDATE: Victim in Serious Foxborough Crash Dies

FOXBOROUGH, MA - A serious crash has been reported at the intersection of Route 140 and Cross Street.

Crews at the scene did CPR on one of the victims after they were removed from the vehicle. The person was transported to Norwood Hospital, according to scanner reports.
The person died overnight at Norwood Hospital and was identified by the Norfolk County District Attorney's office as Stephen Kozak, 61, of Millis.

Another person was treated at the scene.
A medflight was requested, but it was canceled, according to WCVB.
The crash is under investigation.
