Foxborough has seven Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.
The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

- Alan Rafuse, 63, lives and works at 131 Washington St. Convicted of four counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older, six counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age, and 10 counts of rape and abuse of child in 2003.
- John Heylin, 66, lives at 131 Washington St. #8. Convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in 2005.

- Wayne Derby Jr, 34, lives at 53 Washington Street. Convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 2004.
- David Charlebois, 48, works at 131 Morse Street. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age, rape and abuse of a child, and rape of a child with force in 2006.
- Aaron Hall, 52, works at 38 Neponset Ave. Convicted of O/S unnatural and lascivious acts with a child under 16 in 1997.
