SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Foxborough's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Level 3 sex offenders pose a "high risk" to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police.

Foxborough has five Level 3 sex offenders who live or work in the city, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

  • David Charlebois, 47, 131 Morse Street, Foxborough, work. One count of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age, one count of rape and abuse of child, and one count of rape of child with force (June 6, 1996 conviction).
  • Wayne Derby Jr., 33, 53 Washington Street, Foxborough, work Two counts of Indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older (May 3, 2004 conviction).
  • James Gussman, 50, 8 Washington Street #1, Foxborough, live. 10 counts of rape and abuse of a child (April 18, 2002 conviction).
  • John Heylin, 65, 131 Washington Street #8, Foxborough, live. Two counts of Indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age (Oct. 28, 2005 conviction).
  • Alan Rafuse, 61, 131 Washington Street #67, Foxborough, live and work. Four counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older, six counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age, 10 counts of Rape and abuse of child (April 14, 2003 conviction).
