The Shopper's Guide to Black Friday at Patriot Place

It won’t be long after Thanksgiving is over that shoppers will be lining up at Patriot Place for one of the biggest shopping days of the year.

A large crowd is expected when stores at the mall open their doors starting at midnight with more people likely to start their holiday shopping over the weekend.

To help you get ready for Black Friday and the weekend at Patriot Place, here is what you need to know:

Saturday Shopping Advisory

Be aware that shoppers will likely experience extra traffic around Patriot Place and Gillette Stadium Saturday afternoon. The New England Revolution are scheduled to play the New York Red Bulls in Leg Two of the Eastern Conference Championship at Gillette Stadium at 3 p.m.

Santa’s Coming!

Want to meet Santa Claus and get to walk on the Gillette Stadium field? Old St. Nick himself will be on the stadium turf on Nov. 30 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for photos.

Admission is a $20 donation to Cradles to Crayons or a new or gently used coat for the charity.

One admission grants field access for up to four people.

Photos will be available to download for free following the event! Guests are welcome to bring their own camera.

The Tree Lighting and More!

The giving tree, located outside of Dunkin’ Donuts, benefits Patriot Place’s charitable partner, Cradles to Crayons. The tree features ornaments containing a special holiday request from a child in need.

Guests at Patriot Place are encouraged to take an ornament from the tree and purchase the the gift in the ornament for a child.

Gifts can be dropped off throughout the holiday season to the Patriot Place Management Office, located next to Skipjack’s or any participating Patriot Place Tenants.

Schedule of Events for Sunday

Christmas Carolers - 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Traditional Christmas Carolers with be walking throughout the Patriot Place North Marketplace.

Andrew Smith and Band - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Andrew Smith and Band will be performing Holiday Music leading up to our Holiday Giving Tree Lighting. Located in front of the Holiday Giving Tree, outside of Splitsville Luxury Lanes.

New England Patriots Cheerleaders, Junior Cheerleaders & Pat Patriot Appearance - 6:00p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Holiday Dance Performance by TEN31: Metamorphosis 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Located on the Patriot Place stage in front of the Holiday Giving Tree.

Holiday Nutcracker 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Our Live Holiday Nutcracker Statue will be stationed next to the Holiday Giving Tree.

Holiday Tree Lighting with Santa & Mrs. Claus - 6:30 p.m.

Santa & Mrs. Claus will be making their way from the North Pole and arriving in style on a Bass Pro Shops boat! Once Mr. & Mrs. Claus arrive they will help light our Holiday Giving Tree.

Holiday Sleigh Rides - 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Bundle the family up and enjoy a horse drawn sleigh around the Patriot Place North Marketplace. The sleigh rides will begin outside of Life is good.

The Jazzy Jinglin’ Belles - 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Listen to The Jazzy Jinglin’ Belles as we celebrate the Holiday Giving Tree and watch as people start to take Cradles to Crayons ornaments from the tree! Located in front of the Holiday Giving Tree, outside of Splitsville Luxury Lanes.
