Soliciting Prostitution Charges For Foxborough And RI Men

Police ran a sting operation out of the motel and sent text messages to the suspects offering sexual favors priced from $60 to $120.

ATTLEBORO, MA — Six men were arrested as part of a sting operation after police said they made plans to meet with an undercover officer posing as a woman offering sex for cash.

Martin Todd, 64, of Foxborough, Timothy Foster, 40, of Cranston, Edward Pion, 64, of Providence, David Arena, 36, of Warwick, Tucker Gaye, 26, and Duane McCormick, 57, both of Pawtucket, were arraigned in Attleboro District Court Monday on charges of soliciting prostitution and offering to engage in sexual conduct for a fee. All of the suspects pleaded not guilty.

Police told the Sun Chronicle that with permission from the Attleboro Motor Inn's management, they set up the sting from one of the motel rooms. The officer, according to police, put advertisements online for escort services. When the suspects responded to the ad, the officer sent text messages offering sexual favors for prices ranging from $60 to $120. Police said suspects agreed to meet at the motel. All six men were arrested separately on Saturday at the Attleboro Motor Inn, the Sun Chronicle Reported.
