Source: NFLPA Offered Settlement for Brady Suspension Appeal
A source tells ESPN that the player's union has offered a settlement to the NFL.

The NFL Player’s Association offered a settlement to the NFL last week concerning the suspension of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his alleged role in Deflategate.
Dan Graziano of ESPN.com reports that the offer has been met with silence by the league.
Brady, on the other hand, is widely expected to be prepared to take the league to federal court if the suspension is not reduced from four games to zero. It is believed that he would consider accepting a fine.
