Summer Speed and Agility Camp at Stack Velocity Sports Norwood for kids ages 11-14
We are looking for 10 athletes ages 11-14 who are looking to improve first step quickness, lateral speed, top speed, agility, footwork and reduce the likelihood of injuries.
Camp dates - July 25th - 28th and August 8th - 11th
Sessions run 9:00 am to noon each day
