An MBTA officer who is suspended was arrested Friday night at Gillette Stadium.Jennifer Garvey, 32, was taken into custody during the Jason Aldean and Kenny Chesney concert for assault according to the Foxborough Police Log.<a href="http://www.wcvb.com/news/mbta-officer-arrested-again-charged-with-assault-at-countryfest/35007750" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WCVB reports </a>that Garvey was suspended with pay after she was arrested in January for allegedly threatening her wife, also an MBTA police officer. Garvey was sent to McLean Hospital after she claimed she was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder from her time as a combat veteran.She is also accused of beating and pepper-spraying a woman during a March 2014 incident at the Roxbury MBTA station.
