College Tickets for Ed Sheeran Show at Gillette Stadium Released

Local college students hoping to see global music star Ed Sheeran are now in luck if they are in the greater Boston area.

Promoters have set aside back-to-school tickets for his Sept. 25 show at Gillette Stadium. Student tickets begin at $22.50 throughout the greater Boston area and will be available starting at 10 a.m. on Sept. 1.

In addition, MBTA event day service will be available, allowing fans to take the commuter rail from Boston to Foxborough.

One of the biggest names in music, Sheeran played three sold out nights at Wembley Stadium in his home country of England, but his Gillette Stadium show will be his first headlining performance in an NFL stadium. No stranger to Foxborough, Sheeran last took the Gillette Stadium stage in 2013 as the opener for Taylor Swift.
