A quick run-down of programs and things to do during February vacation.

Foxborough Patch gives our top 5 list of programs and things to do in your area during February vacation week.

1. Head over to the Children’s Museum in Easton. They have put together many activities themed 'Help Ruff from PBS Kid's FETCH!" There will also be many special guests and investigative/detective activities throughout the week. The Children's Museum is open daily and is $6/person. 

2. Throw the skis on the roof and head up to Blue Hills Ski Area! Blue Hills is offering a February vacation camp. It is a great way to spend some quality time in the outdoors! If you don't ski, now is the perfect time to get started! Blue Hills offers ski lessons, day passes and rentals.

3. See and learn about a variety of animals from around the world! On February 24, Animal World Experience with Matt Gabriel will be presented at the Boyden Library. This program is appropriate for ages 4 and older. There is no charge but registration is required.

4. Mass Audubon at Moose Hill offers half-day and full-day vacation camps for all ages. Each day will follow a different theme and kids will create track mysteries during this action-packed week. Online registration is required.

5. February vacation is the perfect time to simply relax at home with a good book.
Amazon.com recently just launched the "Essential Books for Children Store," where they provide lists of age-appropriate classic fiction and nonfiction books "that are the building blocks of any child's library."
