Truck Swerves into Fence on Foxborough Common

One person was injured after a truck swerved into the iron fence at the center of town.

Town Manager Bill Keegan told the selectmen on Tuesday night that the driver suffered a medical condition while driving around the common and slammed into the fence across the street from Bank of America.

No other parties suffered injuries and the operator was transported to Norwood Hospital.

Replacing the four seconds of fence and three marble pillars damaged is expected to take some time. New fencing will have to be constructed by B. & W. Foundry in Millbury
