Two Face Charges in Foxborough Break-in
Police say the two men were responsible for break-ins in several communities.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — One wanted for area break-ins, including in Foxborough, has been taken into custody by police and another one is wanted
Joshua Olivencia of Worcester has been arrested and charged with receiving stolen property over $250, breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, wanton/malicious destruction of property over $250, attempting to commit a crime, and larceny under $250, according to the Franklin Police Department. Robert Serverino of Medford has a warrant out for his arrest for three counts of breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony and three counts of receiving stolen property over $250.
On Dec. 12, police in Franklin responded to a report of a car break-in and another one a short time later. Police located Olivencia and following an interview, he was placed placed under arrest for possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

Police say they recovered a large amount of stolen items from the allegedly stolen car and led police to issue a criminal complaint for Serverino.
Police believe that at least six different homes and cars in Bellingham, Foxborough, Northborough, Norfolk, Upton, Westborough, and Franklin were broken into.

The Foxborough Police Department confirmed that they are seeking charges against the two and warrants for their arrest have been issued from Wrentham District Court.
