1 Killed In Framingham Car Crash, Police Investigating
The two-car collision took place Saturday near the Framingham Country Club.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — A woman was killed and a man injured in a two-car crash Saturday afternoon, and now police are looking for more information about the accident.
It occurred around 12:44 p.m. on the westbound side of Route 9, near the intersection with Country Club Lane, according to a statement from the Framingham Police Department late Monday.
The passenger of one car, an 85-year-old woman, was helicoptered to UMass Memorial Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. The driver, a 73-year-old man, was taken by ambulance to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the other car, a 30-year-old man, was unhurt and remained at the scene, police said.
No charges had been filed by Monday. But local and state police, along with the Middlesex County district attorney’s office, say they’re continuing to investigate. People who saw the accident or have relevant information are asked to call the FPD traffic unit at 508-872-1212, extension 3354.
