10,000 Maniacs, who is often referred to as the original “indie” rock band, helped define college rock and created the first wave of alternative rock bands. This winter, they will switch musical gears with the release of their new album, “Twice Told Tales,” which will consist of traditional folk songs from the British Isles.
Currently on a national tour, 10,000 Maniacs will be in full performance mode and undoubtedly bring this Violet Jam crowd to their feet with hits from the 80s, 90s and now.
