11 Displaced In 1 Of 2 Framingham Fires
The building at 95 Grant St. was found in a "heavy volume of fire" when officials arrived. Eleven were displaced, but none were injured.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Framingham Fire Department was busy on Wednesday battling two fires.
A fire at Monnick Supply on Waverly Street was kept in check thanks to a sprinkler system and quick notification, officials said.
The second fire, however, didn't end quite as well.

The building at 95 Grant St. was found in a "heavy volume of fire" when officials arrived, bringing all on-duty Framingham fire companies to the scene.
"It took about 45 minutes to gain control of the fire. A stellar job was done by the Group 3 Shift Commander and his crews," officials said.

Eventually, 11 people were displaced, but there were no reported injuries, officials said.
