9:22 a.m.: Arrest at AV's market. Glenn Blair, 53, Janebar Circle, Framingham, was arrested for operating a. motor vehicle after having a suspended license, lights violation.
9:43 a.m.: David Bradford, 42, homeless, Framingham, was arrested at AV's market for breaking and entering into a vehicle in the daytime for a felony, larceny under $250
