AAA: Gas Prices Down 2 Cents

Gasoline prices in Massachusetts down two cents, according to AAA Southern
New England, which has an office in Framingham, off Route 9.

AAA’s June 24 survey, unleaded averaging $3.48 per gallon, two cents lower than last week.

Prices locally are down three cents over the past month, the AAA press release stated.

The current price is eight cents less than the national average for self serve unleaded of $3.56. A year ago at this time the Massachusetts average price was 11 cents lower at $3.37.

The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 37 cents,
from a low of $3.32 to a high of $3.69.
