• Three people displaced after 2-alarm fire burns Framingham residence (boston25news.com) — A two-alarm fire at a three-family home on Everit Avenue in Framingham displaced a husband, wife, and their adult son Sunday night, though the other units remain livable. Framingham firefighters quickly contained the blaze, no injuries were reported, and the American Red Cross is helping the displaced family while the cause is investigated.
   

• Natick MA clerk magistrate reassigned; two others placed on leave (metrowestdailynews.com) — Leadership changes at Natick District Court, which shares a Framingham building with Framingham District Court, mean the acting Framingham clerk magistrate is now handling Natick's duties as well. Residents with minor criminal matters or arraignments may see different personnel overseeing hearings while two Natick court officials remain on administrative leave.
