Paula Hart To Join Villari's Family Martial Arts Center As Lead Fitness Instructor

Framingham, MASS., February 1, 2013 – Today, the owners of Villari’s Family Martial Arts announce that fitness professional Paula Hart has joined Villari's as lead Fitness Instructor.

“Paula is one of the most popular and experienced group fitness instructors in the area. Villari's is very excited about the opportunity to offer her fun, high-energy programs to families throughout the MetroWest,” said Mark Grupposo, Villari’s President.

 

R.I.P.P.E.D. Is hugely popular, combining Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

 

Villari's Cardio Kickboxing classes combines cool music with martial arts in a fun, fast-paced workout for teens and adults. Participants can burn as many as 800 calories in a single workout.

 

Villari's is holding an Open House on Saturday, February 9th from 11 AM – 2 PM.

Local families can meet Paula and Villari's staff of Shaolin Kempo Karate Instructors as well as try out “mini-classes” of RIPPED, Kickboxing, and Karate. Kids can also learn how to safely break a board!

 

Every attendee will also receive a VIP Pass for one free week of unlimited classes valued at $30.00.
