1:51 a.m.: John Eagle, 35, Arthur Street, Framingham, was arrested for outside warrants

2:07 a.m.: Andrea Fazio, 27, Dinsmore Ave., Framingham, was arrested for outside warrants

5:54 a.m.: Family problem, 15 Weld St.

7:33 a.m.: Undesirable, Cumberland Farms

8:30 a.m.: Jamee Ammons-Maddrey, 25, Interfaith Terrace, Framingham, was arrested on a warrant

9 a.m.: Severa Centeio, 29, Second Street, Framingham, was arrested for outstanding warrants

9:50 a.m.: Undesirable, Train Station

9:58 a.m.: Undesirable, Goncalves

10:14 a.m.: Animal complaint, 535 Worcester Road

10:19 a.m.: Animal complaint, 16 Brewster Road

10:20 a.m.: Christopher Barnicle, 27, Lohnes Road, Framingham, was arrested and charged on a warrant

10:48 a.m.: Larceny, 86 Clark St.

10:55 a.m.: Animal complaint, Edmands Road

11:12 a.m.: Family problem, 29 Elizabeth Circle

11:56 a.m.: Larceny, Sprint Nextel

12:11 p.m.: Assault investigated, 75 Irving St.

1:35 p.m.: Break in to a motor vehicle, 25 Waushakum St.

3:52 p.m.: Shoplifter, CVS

3:54 p.m.: Assault reported, Bethany Hill School

4:18 p.m.: Yanira Xiomara Martinez, 32, Gordon Street, Framingham, was arrested at CVS for larceny/shoplifting over $100

4:30 p.m.: Kyle LaHair, 57, Bethany Road, Framingham, was arrested for vandalizing property, larceny over $250

4:55 p.m.: Assault reported, 76 Arlington St.

5:40 p.m.: Overdose reported at 76A Second St.

6:34 p.m.: Family problem, 26 Sylvester Drive

7:43 p.m.: Joseph John, 36, Irving Street, Framingham, was placed in protective custody for alcohol

8:20 p.m.: Fireworks, Highland Street

8:36 p.m.: Arrest at 14 Whiting Road

10 p.m.: Justin Breakspear, 31, Whiting Road, Framingham, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying without a license, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of dwelling, possession of a firearm with prior violent/drum crime, possessing ammunition without a FID card
