Arts Center Looking For a New Director, Again

The Amazing Things Arts Center in Framingham will be looking for a new director in 2015.

Former Executive Director Phil Knudsen and the downtown Framingham arts center parted ways on New Year’s Eve. An announcement was made just before the New Year’s Eve comedy show.

Knudsen was a retired research chemist when hired to become the Center’s second executive director in 2013. He also is a guitarist and folksinger.

He replaced Michael Moran, founder and the Center’s only director for 8 years. Moran decided to step down as director in 2012.

An interim director will be named until a new executive director can be hired by the Center’s board of directors.
