IMAGES: A battle of the undefeated at Loring Arena

Framingham High Boys Varsity hosted Braintree High at Loring Arena on Wednesday evening in the battle of the undefeated. Braintree scored first in the first period but in the second period, the Flyers tied the game. While being shorthanded the Flyers had a few chances to score again but came up short before the second period ended. After the penalty ended in the third period, the Flyers struck again to go ahead 2-1. However, with 45 seconds left in the game, Braintree struck again to knot the score at 2 goals each. 

Both teams came out skating fast and hard knowing what was on the line and both goaltenders kept their respective teams in the game. In the end, both teams are still undefeated after playing a hard fought game.
