FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham-area drivers should watch for detours on the west side of the city following a water problem early Wednesday.

According to the city, public works crews were on scene Wednesday morning fixing a water leak along Salem End Road between Cherry Oca Lane and the reservoir bridge south of Temple STreet.

"Traffic is limited to one alternating lane and will last through the morning commute. Please avoid the area and, if possible, seek alternate routes. City crews are actively working on fixing the issue through the morning," the city said in a bulletin.
