Body Found Near Worcester Salvation Army Donation Bins
The grim morning discovery prompted an investigation to see if the death was suspicious.

WORCESTER, MA — Police are investigating after a body was found near a donation bin at the Salvation Army Store on Cambridge Street. It is unclear if the victim died of natural causes or foul play, police said.
Police received the call at 9:48 Monday morning. Officers swarmed donation bins near the Salvation Army store. Yellow caution tape was placed around the scene.
According to WCVB, the body was found by a man who said the victim was a woman who was stabbed multiple times. "It was a horrific scene," the man said.
A barricade was placed to the end of Cambridge Crossing, which has a strip of small businesses, from the Salvation Army store.
According to Boston 25 News, police will be conducting an autopsy on Tuesday.
