We partner with public, private, charter, cyber and independent schools to provide 1-on-1 tutoring services for students in grades K-12. Whether services are needed during the school day, after school hours or at the student’s home, Einstein Tutoring is your solution to meeting students' academic needs. As many students in your district are non-native English speakers and may find access to quality tutoring challenging, we areeager to offer our specialized services to bridge these gaps and facilitate a nurturing learning environment. Here are a few areas we can help students in:   - [ ] Course Assistance: Our highly trained staff can provide personalized support in various subjects. - [ ] English as a Second Language: We have dedicated staff who can assist Portuguese/Spanish-speaking students with language challenges. - [ ] College Preparation: We offer SAT preparation and essay assistance to help students achieve their college goals. - [ ] In-Home or Virtual Options: Our flexible tutoring options cater to different learning preferences and circumstances. - [ ] Timely Availability: Our tutors are ready to support students within 24-48 hours of request. - [ ] Summer Enrichment Programs: We provide engaging programs for K-12 students to continue their learning during the summer break. - [ ] Health and Wellness Support: We can work with the school's health office to support students who have missed school due to medical conditions. - [ ] Core Subjects: We offer assistance in Math, Science, Reading, and English to strengthen students' academic foundations.   Key Elements of High-Impact Tutoring - [ ] Well-trained, consistent tutor who builds a strong relationship with students. Research indicates that teachers, paraprofessionals, college students, and other types of tutors can all be effective when tutoring one-to-one or in small groups. - [ ] High-quality instructional material aligned to standards and core classwork, focusing on addressing missed concepts and skills - [ ] One-to-one or small group (three or four students) for individualized support - [ ] Embedded in the school day or just before or after, to maximize student access - [ ] At least three sessions per week, 30 minutes minimum - [ ] Data-driven with tutors building and delivering sessions around student strengths and needs
