Event Details
Sound Healing is a wonderful way to relax and de-stress using the power of sound to harmonize and release. Himalayan singing bowls, pure crystal bowls, shakers, gongs, drums, and rattles create a sound scape for you to journey inward.
Mats, cushions and blankets are available but you are welcome to bring your own or participate from a chair. Think about how you can be most comfortable for 50 minutes.

Cost: Pay as you are able. Suggested payment of $10-$25.

Please note we need a minimum of 6 people to run this class. Class will be cancelled if the minimum is not met. You will be notified by email on October 5th if the class is cancelled.
About the program leader: Leo has spent decades exploring traditions and practices that expand the mind and challenge the body. He is blessed to have studied, lived among, and been mentored by Jesuit scholars, Benedictine monks, Shambala Shastris, the communities of Kripalu and Findhorn, Jaguar Path founders, and Q’ero lineage holders. Leo is a certified 200-Hour Kripalu yoga teacher, holds a diploma in Integral Sound Healing from the Sound Healing Academy, is a USA Triathlon National Qualifier, coach, musician and stage performer.
