Framingham State University and MetroWest STEM Education Network are organizing a career awareness event to highlight academic and professional pathways that lead to job opportunities in clean energy and sustainability. College and high school juniors and seniors will meet with employers in clean energy, sustainability, and environmental stewardship to:
<ul><li>Explore job opportunities in energy efficiency, clean energy, transportation, waste management, sustainable practices for communities and businesses, environmental policy, and more!</li><li>Share their educational and career interests.</li><li>Network with professionals to learn about STEM and non-STEM roles these industries offer.</li></ul>


Visit tables hosted by more than a dozen organizations and learn how your talents and interests match the diverse skill sets the green economy is seeking.
Note: This is not a job fair - just an opportunity to talk to employers and organizations about interests, company roles and pathways.
This event is open to all high school juniors and seniors and college level students in MA.

Open Spirit and Metrowest Sings Out are hosting an open mic every 4th Friday.
​Performance sign-up are in-person only and will run from 6:30-7 pm.&nbsp;
​These gatherings will be held in Open Spirit's Edwards Hall, 39 Edwards Street, Framingham.
​Cost is $5-$10, more if you can, less if you can't. Kids are free.&nbsp;
​All proceeds benefit Metrowest Worker Center - Casa, to provide direct aid to our immigrant neighbors.&nbsp;

The Plymouth Church in Framingham will host its 54th Annual Fall Fair, a free community event that has become a fall tradition for generations of area residents.What began more than five decades ago as a small crafts boutique has grown into a popular annual gathering featuring crafts, books, baked goods, jewelry, holiday items, costumes, toys, games, White Elephant treasures and more.Admission is free, and the event is open to the public.










This year's Fall Fair takes place during a milestone year for The Plymouth Church, which is celebrating its 325th anniversary in Framingham.

Gathered in 1701, Plymouth Church has been part of the Framingham community for more than three centuries. The congregation also holds a distinctive place in American history as the site of the first public performance of “The Battle Hymn of the Republic” on February 22, 1862.

The 54th Annual Fall Fair offers an opportunity to experience a present-day Plymouth tradition during this historic anniversary year.
