Car Drives Into Southborough Trash Pit

SOUTHBOROUGH, MA — Southborough police and fire crews rushed to the Department of Public Works Thursday after a car drove into a trash pit, the police department said on Facebook.
The driver was not hurt and the car was towed, according to police.
Photos taken at the scene and shared by the Southborough Police Department show the car facing downward in the pit, its back wheels facing upward and nearly sticking out of the top of the pit.
