Handful of Slots Left in Chocolate-Making Classes

Chocolate Therapy will be teaching chocolate lovers how to create truffles, bark and more.

Chocolate Therapy, a new kind of chocolate shop, has a few slots lefts in its From Bar to Bark: How to Create Chocolate Masterpieces Like the Pro’s class.

On Wednesday, June 19 from 6:30 to 9 p.m., individuals will learn everything there is to know about chocolate and make their own creations at Chocolate Therapy’s newest location in Framingham.

Whether you just want to have a fun night out or are looking to add to your culinary repertoire, at From Bar to Bark: How to Create Chocolate Masterpieces Like the Pro’s, participants will learn how to taste and make chocolate.

  • The origins and history of chocolate
  • The five senses of chocolate-making
  • Tastes and attributes of white, milk and dark chocolates
  • Professional chocolate-making processes and techniques
  • Chocolate recipes that you can tailor to your own vision
  • How to create unique flavor combinations
  • Piping, shaping and coating
  • Decorating and packaging the finished product

Each attendee will leave with their very own truffles, molded chocolate, bark and bars.

“We’ve been so excited to bring chocolate-making classes to Metrowest and are thrilled to be offering our first class,” said Pam Griffin, owner of Chocolate Therapy. “The response has already been amazing and we look forward to offering these classes on a regular basis.”
