Christa McAuliffe Charter School Gets $3K Water Improvement Grant

The school is one of two to get the grant from the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust Board of Trustees in April.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Christa McAuliffe Charter School has secured a small grant for water improvements from the state, officials announced on Wednesday.

The Massachusetts Clean Water Trust’s Board of Trustees approved $8,417,478 in new low-interest loans and grants at its April 3 meeting.

In total, nine grants were awarded at the meeting, including two focused on school water improvements.

The Framingham-based Christa McAuliffe Charter School received one of those grants worth $3,000 while Kiddosland Child Development Center, located in Braintree, secured $6,000 in grants from the same category.
