FRAMINGHAM, MA — Rick Felty, Vice-Chairperson Christa McAuliffe Charter School Board of Trustees is honored to announce that the board of trustees have extended an offer to Noel Green to be the school's next Executive Director, he has accepted our offer and will officially begin this role on July 1, 2024.
Noel Green’s career in education has been guided by his desire to build up students, staff and families. As a Social Studies and Physical Education teacher, he was able to influence students to be inquisitive and enthusiastic about learning. Noel used an authentic and experiential approach to instruction which is complementary to the Expeditionary Learning educational model. As a school leader, Noel emphasized strong professional development and support for teachers/staff. It is vital that teachers have access to the best training to elevate their ability to connect with students in a way that grows their excitement around learning. As a school district level director, Noel was able to build capacity with and elevate the voices of our families as they are our most important partners.
