*Virtual Public Meeting Alert*May 27 Zoom to Discuss and Solicit Feedback on the 75% Design for Edgell Road and Central Street Intersection Improvements

FRAMINGHAM, MA - The City of Framingham Department of Public Works will host a virtual public meeting via Zoom on Thursday, May 27, at 6 p.m. to discuss the 75% design plans for the proposed intersection reconstruction of Edgell Road and Central Street.Previously, in November 2019, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) held a 25% design public hearing at the Village Hall. View the transcript from that meeting here.MassDOT will manage the project as it is funded by the State Transportation Improvement Program.

City staff and the design consultant will present current design project plans including, geometric improvements, the installation of a traffic signal, and improved pedestrian mobility and safety features.
