Contracting Firm Moves Headquarters, But Staying In Framingham

The firm will move from its headquarters on Burr Street to a new property that recently underwent a $5 million renovation project.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — J.F. White is moving its Framingham headquarters, but that won't see the business leave the city.

Founded more than one hundred years ago, J.F. White will relocate its headquarters from 10 Burr Street in Framingham in quarter one 2026 to 111 Speen St.

In 2023, Paradigm Properties, North Colony Asset Management and Kelleher & Sadowsky announced that a $5 million renovation project will see a new envelope added to the building, a redesigned entryway and landscape improvements "aimed at activating open spaces."
