Dave's Hot Chicken Restaurant Coming To Framingham

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Dave's Hot Chicken, the Los Angeles-based chain rapidly expanding across the country, is poised to open a new location in Framingham.

Though an opening date hasn't been announced, Glazer Properties, which owns the Route 30 Mall, confirmed that the Nashville hot chicken-style chain will open on Cochituate Road.

The store will open in the mall alongside tenants Five Guys, AutoZone, Bank of America and three other restaurants.

According to the MetroWest Daily News, representatives from the company will appear before the city's Licensing Commission in June after recently submitting an application for a common victualler's license.

Dave's has become a popular spot of food YouTubers has the chain has expanded across the country, specializing in Nashville-style hot chicken.

There are two locations in Massachusetts thus far, with locations poised to open in Boston and Framingham.
