Former Framingham Mayor Not Chosen For Stoughton Town Manager Gig
Yvonne Spicer was one of four finalists for the role, but Stoughton's Select Board went a different way at a meeting on Tuesday.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Stoughton Select Board did not select former Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer as Town Manager at a Tuesday meeting.
Spicer, who served a four-year term as Framingham's mayor beginning in 2018, was one of four finalists for the position in Stoughton.
According to Framingham Source, the board unanimously selected Thomas Calter, who most recently served in a municipal role as the Town Administrator and Chief Procurement Office for the Town of Kingston.

Calter has also served as a state representative in his political career.
Spicer was Framingham's first elected mayor, but only served a single four-year term, losing her re-election attempt to current mayor Charlie Sisitsky.
