Four Framingham Cases Announced in Latest Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments

Four cases with ties to Framingham were announced in the Middlesex County grand jury indictments Tuesday.

FRAMINGHAM, MA— Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between July 14 and July 28. Four cases with ties to Framingham were announced.

Here are the indictments, all of which involve incidents that allegedly occurred in Framingham:

Glenn Drake, 28, was charged with armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon. The Assistant District Attorney is Margaret Pastuszak.

Gustavo Rodriguez, 38, of Marlborough, was charged with masked armed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan

Raphael Ocasio, 37, of Framingham, was charged with receiving stolen goods (16 counts), possession of a rifle without a license (2 counts), possession of a shotgun without a license, and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Raphael Parkinson, 19, of Framingham, was charged with was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony (2 counts), receiving stolen goods (16 counts), possession of a rifle without a license (2 counts), possession of a shotgun without a license, and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.
