FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham will collect Christmas trees at the curb for one week in 2021.

Residents can put trees out at the curb for collection the week of Jan. 10 to Jan. 14 on regular trash and recycling days. The city will only collect organic trees, and all decorations — including tinsel — must be removed.

If you want to get rid of an artificial tree, residents can bring them to the recycling drop-off center, 255 Mt. Wayte Ave. Artificial trees can also be thrown away with special bulk item pickup. For information on how to schedule a bulky item pickup, visit the sanitation division website.
