Framingham After School Programs Canceled Due To Weather

FRAMINGHAM, MA — After-school programs have been canceled on Tuesday due to the snowy conditions, administrators announced.

"Due to the current weather conditions, all FPS after school programs and evening activities (including Explorers, Little Explorers, and Flyers After School) are canceled," officials said in a message to the school community.

Schools will dismiss according to their normal schedule.

According to the National Weather Service, about 3 inches of snow has fallen on Framingham on Tuesday, as of 2 p.m.

A winter weather advisory is in effect until 7 p.m., with additional mixed precipitation in the forecast, according to the NWS. This could cause slippery road conditions.
