Framingham AMC Theater Partially Closes Over Mice Infestation
A woman took a video of mice running through the dine-in theater on Saturday. Two screens at the theater closed for cleaning on Monday.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The AMC Dine-In Theater in Framingham was partially closed on Monday for a cleaning after a woman captured video of mice running through the theater during a show on Saturday.
Framingham Director of Public Health Samuel Wong said on Monday that the infestation was investigated, and that the theater agreed to shut down two screens for a cleaning and "mass trapping."
Framingham resident Kathy McReynolds Larson posted video of the mice on a Facebook page. The video shows several mice darting beneath her feet. She reported the issue to the theater, and was compensated with free tickets, she said.

"Went to see Invisible Man at AMC Framingham theatre, but had to leave due to the mice infestation," she wrote in the post. "We had mice running all over near us including under our chairs. People were eating food with mice crawling around them! We left!"
The theater is unique because patrons can order full meals to eat while watching a movie. The theater also serves alcohol.
