Framingham Assessor’s Office Launches New Database

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The City of Framingham has a new company providing the assessor's database of properties.

The new database has been updated with Fiscal Year 2025 values.

The City of Framingham completed a Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR) mandated revaluation for Fiscal Year 2024.

Please note the Assessor's office does not use bill numbers for identification purposes. When making inquiries on land parcels, please have one of the following available: owner name, parcel address or Parcel ID (M-B-L)

The City Council set the tax rates for Fiscal Year 2025. They are:

  • Residential: $11.94 per $1,000 assessed value
  • Commercial & Industrial: $24.28 per $1,000 assessed value
