Framingham Beer Works To Open Soon
Framingham Patch reported in Sept. 2012 that Beer Works would be opening in the former Bugaboo Creek, and employees of the North Station Beer Works location tell Patch the Framingham location will open by month's end.
Renovations have taken longer than planned, but employees at the Canal Street Boton Beer Works, tell Framingham Patch the Framingham Beer Works should open by month's end.
Framingham Selectmen gave approval for a Framingham Beer Works to open in the former Bugaboo Creek Restaurant in September 2012.
Last fall, the owners told Framingham Selectmen the building needed to undergo renovations and they planned to open in late 2012.

Selectmen approved an all-alcohol and restaurant license for Slesar Bros. Brewing Company.
The Framingham Beer Works would be the seventh location for the brewing company, with the other locations in Boston (North Station, Fenway and Logan Airport), Hingham, Lowell and Salem.

The company is know for pub food and micro brews.
April brew highlights include:
- SPLENDID SPLINTER: An all pale malt, California-style ale with citrusy hop flavor and aroma.
- FENWAY PALE ALE: Medium copper colored ale, hopped with Cascades for an assertive hop flavor and aroma.
- BUNKER HILL BLUEBERRY ALE: A golden ale made and garnished with fresh Maine blueberries.
- CURLEY’S IRISH STOUT: Silky Irish-style stout with a creamy dense head. Sláinte!
- BEANTOWN NUT BROWN ALE: A dark brown ale made with roasted malt and Northwest hops.
