Framingham Cancels School Again Due To Snow
Framingham Superintendent Robert Tremblay made the school cancellation call early Monday night.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham public school students will get a second day off on Dec. 3 due to impending snow. Framingham Superintendent Robert Tremblay made the call at around 7 p.m. Monday.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for the Framingham area. The warning lasts through noon on Tuesday, and predicts that between 4 and 10 inches of new snow could fall in southern Middlesex County.

Tremblay canceled school on Dec. 2 early in the morning. He did not make the call on Sunday night due to the uncertain forecast. Around 7 inches of snow ended up falling in the Framingham area, according to the weather service — but snow and sleet fell through much of the day Monday.

The city of Framingham has also reactivated a snow emergency parking ban. The ban lasts 8 p.m. Monday to 8 a.m. Tuesday. Streets that are part of the snow parking ban are marked with red and white signs.
