Framingham Charges Included in Indictments

Included in the indictments are Framingham cases in which defendants are charged with masked armed robbery, heroin traffickiing and more.

FRAMINGHAM, MA - Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced the grand jury indictments from April 26 to March 10. Included in the indictments are Framingham cases in which defendants are charged with crimes such as masked armed robbery, heroin trafficking and larceny.

Benjamin Amell, 33, of Marlborough, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, masked armed robbery, and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Benny Colon, 41, of Framingham, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of heroin. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Rafael Cruz, 33, of Quincy, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine, receiving stolen goods, and furnishing a false name. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Marissa Goldstein, 31, of Framingham, was charged with larceny over $250 (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Nagengast.
